I enter my name, but then I cannot proceed to the survey.
If you are entering your name but then are not able to proceed to the actual survey, it may be because you are using a Bluetooth keyboard. Please turn off or disconnect your Bluetooth keyboard, and then enter your name using your iPad's screen keyboard. When you tap "return" on the keyboard, a button will appear on the screen that allows you to continue to the actual survey.
We are currently making updates to the app so that users will be able to proceed to the survey while using a Bluetooth keyboard. Thank you for your patience!
