Product Features

Teachers and researchers agree — more and more children develop learning disorders every year. Classrooms are filled with bright children who have trouble learning, shorter attention spans, more impulsive behavior, and decreasing scores in reading and language skills.

SmartMoves leads students through a series of increasingly complicated body movements that function as a kind of calisthenics for the brain. This deceptively simple combination of movement and music prepares the brain for optimal learning and creates a calm learning environment.

The program includes:

Forty body puzzles (52 minutes) with varying levels of difficulty: Simple, Simple Too, Tricky, Challenging, and Formidable.

Body puzzle movements that call on a synthesis of the visual, auditory, motor planning, and thinking skills, which are at the core of learning.

Teacher's guide that explains the neuroscience of SmartMoves, short and long-term benefits, and tips for using SmartMoves in the classroom.

Product Formats

SmartMoves is available in two formats, DVD/Video and software (DVD-ROM). The content is identical in both formats.

The DVD/Video can be played from any DVD player. The software (DVD-ROM) videos can be run directly from the DVD-ROM, from a local drive, or from a server. The software (DVD-ROM) can only be run from licensed computers.
